Something flashes in UI after project is opened

      Please see attached recording. Few seconds after creating/opening a project there is some noticeable "flash" on the screen. In the recording it's seen on top of the top toolbar. Noticed this on Windows.

      On macOS, I don't see similar "flash" but I do see qmlpuppet opening for a while in the task bar, then closing.

      I don't see similar behaviour in QDS 4.7.0.
