Cannot select a state for a 3D component in Properties view

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create a 3D project
      • Select e.g. cube component in Navigator
      • -> In properties view selecting state for component is not possible, combobox missing.
      • For 2D components selecting state works.
      • See attached picture: Properties view for Cube component in Project storage build vs non-project storage build (latest published 4.8 snapshot)
