Content Library effects and 3D user assets don't get id when added to a project

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Add some effect from Content Library - Effects to a project
      • Check Code view / Properties view for the effect
      • -> id is missing
      • Reproduces also for Content Library / (3D) User assets

      RTA:
      This affects tst_content_library -> User adds an effect:

      • The effects are named wrongly in Navigator
