Some of the exposed custom properties for Content Library effects are shown under "TITLE" section

Steps to reproduce:

• Add Ambient effect to a project from Content Library - Effects
• Check Properties view for the effect
• -> Exposed custom properties volume.x/y/z are not shown under "Exposed custom properties" section but under their own "TITLE" section. 
• Maybe section name should be something else / more specific?

Inside the effect component file, Local custom properties are shown like this:

• Reproduces for all the effects that have volume x/y/z local custom properties
