Puppet scale must be controllable from the toolbar UI

      The live preview window should have scale control. The scale can be set in the QML already but it must be done manually.

      Because of this, the live preview window is not usable in 4K monitors if the target screen is set with HD screen parameters.

      If the scale control would be in the toolbar of the player, it would enhance usability a lot.
