Steps to reproduce:

• Create a project
• Add Rectangle component from Components to 2D
• Select rectangle1 in Navigator
• Click "Create component" button
• Click OK
• Expected is that created component stays visible in 2D view and becomes available also in Components view - My Components. User should be able to add more instances of it by dragging and dropping to 2D view and Navigator
• -> Component disappears from 2D View and is not visible in My Components
• Select rectangle component in Navigator and click "Edit component"
• Go back to Screen01.ui.qml file
• -> No MyRectangle1 is visible in My Components but dropping to 2D view is not allowed, dropping to Navigator does nothing. 
• Closing and reopening the project seems to fix the issue and component can be used + is visible in 2D View
