Iso Icon Browser does not open, plugin initialization error in Professional edition

      "Plugin initialization failed" error is seen when starting Design Studio professional edition. See attached picture.

      In Enterprise edition, no such plugin error opens when started, but Iso Icon browser does not open correctly. (Add SafePicture from Saferenderer module to Navigator -> right click and select "Choose icon" -> Iso Icon browser does not open)

      SafeText and SafeImage also don't seem to work (not visible in 2D View)
