The time from lauch to usable state takes long time

    Description

      In this video(QDS 4.7.1 User Experience.mp4), the user clicks on the QDS logo at 00:10 and the QDS becomes usable on around 00:28. This means that a user has to wait for it to be usable for around 18 seconds. This time should be shortened for better user experience.
