Added pages in SwipeView behave differently

    Description

      From 3:33 of this video(QDS 4.7.1 User Experience.mp4), a user adds two Rectangles to SwipeView. The first one fills the entire screen, but the second one doesn't. There's no consistency. Also, although the first one fills the entire screen on the 2D view, in the code, its width and height are set to 200x200 and no anchors are set. -> 5:25 of QDS 4.7.1 User Experience.mp4.
