Effect Icons Stretched and visible in resource window

Some of the effect icons have been stretched because the png's are not square by default, as they are exported with transparency. (Masked Blur, Zoom Blur).

Also, at the moment all the icons are visible in the resource tab, i think we should remove them from here if possible.
