If you delete a node that is bound to a list property of another node, then the entire list is removed when the node is deleted, instead of just removing the one element from the list.

To repro:

• Create new 3d project
• Add new material into material library
• Add new material into cubeModel (select cube and use "Apply to selected (add)" context menu option in material browser) so that it has two materials
• delete new material

--> Expected to still have defaultMaterial in the cube, but both materials are removed.
