Storing the tool state of edit 3D view should be per View3D basis, not global

      The actual tool state (e.g. what gizmo is selected and edit camera properties) should be stored separately for each view. Currently if you open another project, it remembers tool state from previous project.

      The size and position of the edit 3D view should be shared between all View3D.
