User should be able to drag-and-drop images to custom user folder from the OS

    Description

      1. In your OS, go to location which has some images
      2. Try to drag-and-drop a image from that location to QDS -> User Assets -> custom user folder

      User cannot drag-and-drop images to custom folder from the OS location.
