Exposed custom properties are not shown in Properties view without reopening the project

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a 3D project
• Import some 3D asset
• Drag and drop it to 3D View
• Select it and click "Edit component" button
• In Properties view - Local custom properties, click + and add some custom property
• Go back to Screen01.ui.qml file, save changes if asked
• Check Properties view for the 3D asset
• -> There should be section "Exposed custom properties" and added custom property under it, but it missing
• -> Section "Local custom properties" should have text "This is an instance of a component" and button "Edit Component", but they are missing as well
• Close and reopen the project
• -> Section with custom property is now visible, Local custom properties section now has the missing text & button
