Using 'Create Page Hierarchy' adds a space to the folder's name.

      [Reporter: Tom Valinoti]When using the 'Create Page Hierarchy' feature in the Bridge, a space is added to the corresponding folder's file name (e.g., "Page 1"). This causes an error in Creator on Windows.
