"Error rewriting document" when adding Change state -connection

Steps to reproduce:

• Create general empty project
• Add new state "State1"
• Add Button component to 2D View
• Select button1 in Navigator
• Open Connections view - Connections tab and click +
• Select Action "Change state"
• Select State "State1"
• Run the project and save changes when asked
• Exception message opens
