Transform section of properties view doesn't layout correctly when search hides some of the properties

• Open 3D project
• Select any model in the 3D scene (e.g. cubeModel)
• Type "pivot" into the search bar in property view

-> The pivot property is the only one shown, but there is massive empty space left above it in transform section.

Same issue with other transform properties, the layout acts as if all properties are visible.

The issue is likely caused by ColumnLayout used to add space between transform properties.

Also note that there are several copies of NodeSection.qml in the repository as various modules each have their own copy. These should be consolidated into one for easier maintenance.
