3D view camera speed keeps resetting to default value if 3D view is not open at project open

      • Close all views
      • Close QDS
      • Open QDS
      • Create 3D project
      • Open 3D view
      • In flight mode (press and hold right mouse button) scroll wheel

      -> The speed doesn't work the full range it should

      • Open camera speed dialog via toolbar button and adjust the speed there
      • Open the camera speed dialog again

      -> Speed is back to default
