3D model selection gets really slow after exposing model for light baking

Regression to 4.7.2

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a 3D project
• Import attached 3D asset
• Drag and drop it to scene and scale bigger so it's easier to be selected in 3D view
• Click "Bake lights" button
• Click "Expose models and light" for electriccar_27k
• Click "Apply & Close"
• Click cube in 3D View
• Click electriccar in 3D View
• -> It takes seconds before electriccar model is selected
• -> Selection is slow every time electriccar is selected after some other component
• -> Noticed also that in Properties view, under "Exposed custom properties" there are a lot of properties for every exposed model. In QDS4.7.2 there are only models, no properties under those. Not sure which one is correct.. See attached pictures.
