DS sometimes crashes when opening a new project after closing another

      I've run into this issue now couple of times when testing manually and also saw this happening few times in RTA tests.

      Crash seems to occur after

      1. There is a project open
      2. It is closed from File - Close all projects
      3. New project is created or opened
      4. -> DS crashes
      5. So far could not find reliable steps to reproduce - for me this happens at some point when repeatedly: opening a project - closing it and opening another one.
      6. Attached crash report gotten from macOS test machine.
