Properties stop showing for a component in Properties view when adding 3D user assets

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a 3D project
• Import the attached 3D assets to the project
• Drag and drop assets to scene
• Right click each in Navigator and choose "Add to Content Library"
• Close the project and create another 3D project
• In Content Library - User Assets, right click on top of Electriccar_27k and choose "Add an instance to project"
• -> Component added and its properties are seen correctly in Properties view
• Right click on top of Box and "Add instance to project"
• -> box component added and properties seen correctly in Properties view
• Select electriccar_27k again
• -> Cannot see properties for it anymore in Properties view, it only shows text "Select a component to see its properties"
• -> Component icon color also changed from yellow (expected) to grey
• Tested with
