To reproduce this, one need at least 2 monitors each of which should have its own unique scale factor.

And one can design something noticeable, e.g. a centered Rectangle, and click "Run App'. It may look OK on the monitor on which the window pops up onto in the first place. But when the window is moved to the other monitor which has a different scale factor, one can see, for example, the centered Rectangle is not centered anymore. Rather, it is more toward right.
