"Live Preview" is showing items that have DesignEffects clipped incorrectly. However, "Run App" shows these items correctly. When built on hardware "Run App" matches what we see. So at this point "Live Preview" isn't trusted to display correctly. 

This issue seems to affect any item with a DesignEffect applied.
