Please force the create dialog to always open directly in front of the application window, or at least in a visible area of the same monitor. On multi-monitor setups, it sometimes opens completely off-screen and QDS appears stuck.

Also, since it is not shown in the taskbar, bringing it back into the visible area is difficult (this can be done with keyboard shortcuts, if people still remember those)
