3D items are not visible in viewport

      Two issues I noticed:

      • 3D items are not visible in viewport.
      • Icons are not generated in some places i.e. Content Library/User Assets.

      Setting RhiBackend=metal in the .ini fixed the issue but improperly renders the UI. See ChoppedUI.png below.
