Material browser doesn't show image for textures that define source as binding to a string property specifying the source path

      • Add a texture with valid image source to material library
      • Create string property on some node called "texPath"
      • Set texPath value to whatever is the source property value of the texture
      • change the texture's source property value to bind to texPath property instead of path string directly

      -> Material browser no longer shows the texture image correctly. Property view still shows the image correctly.
