Duplicate of the default Text component is created to Navigator when project is saved

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create a general empty project
      • Do some change, e.g. add a Rectangle component to 2D view
      • Save the project, File -> Save All
      • -> Navigator now shows twice the same Text component, see the attached picture. Code view correctly shows only one Text component.
