Steps to reproduce:

• Create a 3D project
• In Properties view, click + to add another Properties view
• Close both Properties views by clicking x in the tab
  • First close the "original" properties view
  • Secondly close the newly added properties view
• Re-open Properties view from menu View -> Views -> Properties
• -> Design Studio crashes
• Crash does not seem to happen if Properties views are closed in different order (new first, original second)
• Tested with own local build on Windows
