Trying to add component under a component does not work correctly

      If you try a command:

      "Add 'rectangle' under 'label' in 2D view" or
      "Add 'rectangle' under 'label' in Navigator"

      it gives mixed results, where it might add the rectangle under a different component or it won't add it at all.

      In this video I tried to add rectangle under label, and it decided to add label under text
