State editor doesn't handle anchor changes

      Anchor changes aren't correctly handled in state editor view. It looks like the anchor changes aren't applied at all.

      Steps to reproduce the issue:

      1. Open the project
      2. Run app.qml => Both states (vertical / horizontal) are fine
      3. Open Frame.qml in state editor
      4. Looks at the vertical state
