Steps to reproduce:

• Click "Create Project..." in Welcome page
• Create General empty project with default settings
• -> project is not opened automatically although the project is created
• Click "Open Project..." in Welcome page
• Project opens, but no in Design mode
• Close and reopen Design Studio
• Click "Open Project..." in Welcome page
• Try opening the created project
• -> Project does not open
• Open the project by clicking the tile in Recent projects -tab
• -> Project now opens correctly in Design mode
• Other projects (3D, mobile, MCU, Desktop) seem to open correctly after creating a new project, but then have similar issues when opening the project later with "Open Project.."
