Need to reopen Design Studio after adding Boot to Qt device to see it in Kit menu

      Preconditions:

      • Boot to Qt installed & set up for target, target hw connected to wifi
      • Previously added Boot to Qt devices removed from Design Studio - Preferences - Devices and Design Studio closed

      Steps to reproduce

      • Open Design Studio
      • Open Preferences - Devices  and select "Add" - "Boot to Qt Device" - "Start Wizard"
      • Give device name and IP address
      • Click Finish and wait for device connection test to finish
      • Click Close - OK
      • Create a general empty project
      • -> Boot to Qt Kit is not available in Kit menu in bottom status bar
      • Need to reopen Design Studio for it to be available
