Sometimes added nodes do not get written to the qml document

• Create new empty project
• Add rectangle to the scene
• Add the new rectangle to content library 
• Restart QDS
• Create new empty project
• Drag the rectangle from content library to 2D view

--> Usually the rectangle is not added to the code view though it appears in 2D view and navigator. Restart QDS and try again if doesn't happen at first. Sometimes it happens on a subsequent adds but the most reliable seems to be the first add of the first project opened in qds.)
--> If you save in this state (may need to make another change to the document to enable save) the rectangle will vanish from navigator and 2D view. You may also get an error in 2D view that Item could not be created.
