• Create a project
• Select the root item
• Go to the property editor
• Add a `LOCAL CUSTOM PROPERY`
• Set the type to `alias`
• Press the chain icon button beside the added property name
• Select `Set Binding`
• In the binding editor, it's not possible to set the value (both comboboxes are empty)

I think we either should enable it for the `alias` property, or disable `Set Binding` and add another proper editor to set the value for the alias.

Also, when we export a property of a child item as alias, there's no way to rename it to a custom name. The user should go to the code editor and rename it.
