Steps to reproduce:

• Add Rectangle 'rectangle1' to 2D View
• Add second rectangle 'rectangle2' as a child item of the 'rectangle1'
• Select 'rectangle2' and open Properties - Layout
• Click "Fill parent component" and add margin 20 for top, bottom, left and right.
• Select 'rectangle1' and copy and paste it
• Select 'rectangle3' in 2D View and move it another position
• Select 'rectangle4'
• -> 2D view shows anchors wrongly. When view is reset, anchors look correct. See attached pictures
