Please see attached recording:

• There is an Arc component with 'end' property animated. When animation is played, it does not draw the arch shape smoothly but sort of wobbles / arc moves a bit weirdly.
• Behind the animated arc, there's another arc with the exact same size and stroke width. I would expect this arc to get hidden behind the animated arc, but I can see edges of it clearly.
