Lights baking api has changed in Qt 6.10, so QDS must adapt accordingly.

• Lights baking setup dialog must show proper fields and generate correct properties depending on kit version
• Puppet must use correct private api for baking
• 3D puppet must show lights baking correctly
• Hard issue: Project settings allow user to set target quick version, which may differ from the used kit version. We cannot bake for old version using 6.10 kit and 6.10 kit can't show bakes defined by old properties. Presumably we have to just ignore the target quick version set in project.
• Rebaking old projects for 6.10
