State Editor does not scale

    Description

      When detaching the state editor I get a new window, with the state editor and about 2cm of empty space beneath.

      When docking the state editor back into the main UI, that empty space stays visible in the main UI.

      Closing the states editor altogether and opening it again via Window>Views>States creates a new state editor with even more empty space beneath it.
