3D Editor doesn't update after reparenting items between scenes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Add two View3Ds
3. Add a sphere to one of the scenes
4. Activate the scene with the sphere by clicking the sphere in the navigator -> 3D Editor is now showing the correct scene with the sphere
5. Drag and drop the sphere in the navigator to the other scene -> 3D Editor is not updating to show the scene to which the sphere was moved
6. Move the mouse cursor on top of the 3D Editor -> 3D Editor updates to show the correct scene
