Inconsistent tab-order

      Pressing tab when inside a property control, one would expect the adjacent control to become active.
      This is not the case. To reproduce:
      1) Create a Rectangle
      2) Change the width of the Rectangle
      3) Press Tab
      => "Toggle Left Sidebar" becomes active and not the control for the height property.
