Make child the default for PS export

I think we need to re-evaluate the default setting of merge for the Photoshop Bridge. We have received customer feedback that suggests this would be the preferred default for many people (myself included). I think the current "cascade properties" is useful, however in most cases i find it more useful in deciding which items to merge and not what to set as child. I think the ideal setup is to have an option in the settings that allows you to set a user preference. I.e, "Child as Default" and Merge as Default" - this way we let the user decide what their default is.
