Incorrect co-ordinate values assigned for known QML types

• Create PSD with child items in a Group.
• Assign known QML type (e.g. Rectangle) to a child item inside a group.
• incorrect co-ordinate values are assigned once imported.

It seems the co-ordinate system change fails.
