When creating a new file, do not include the import to use project-specific Constants.

      When creating a new file, do not include the import to use project-specific Constants.
      e.g.
      project name: Hoge
      include import: import Hoge 1.0

      If the QML created by the designer in Qt Design Studio is left with this import, it may not be able to import from another Qt Creator project.
