Add a topic that documents the properties of the Qt Quick 3D Effects to the "Using 3D Components" section.

The effect types mostly have only a few properties, so you could consider documenting them in a table, or as short subsection of a new topic called "Applying 3D Effects" (or something like that) that would be linked from here: https://doc-snapshots.qt.io/qtdesignstudio-4.13/studio-3d-components.html
