Description
Hi,
There are few suggestions for Navigator system.
At this time, it is too hard to find what i'm looking for in Navigator.
- we don't need transformation matrix in navigator
- material component is meaningless with hierarchy
At first,
I imported animated object with FBX.
And i found that navigator is tangled with object.
For example, I just imported a single cube with rolling animation.
Then navigator showed me box_Translation, boxPreRotation, boxRotation,boxscaling,box_GeometricTransration... ect
I'll attach screenshot bellow with 1_
My expectation is only a single box object but they were tangled in navigator.
And it may also what users expect for the navigator.
Further more, In time line, all of those component have position, eulerRotation, scale for each! That's much.
Second,
There is no meaning with material in navigator.
Materials are linked in mesh's properties.
Hierarchy doesn't affect how mesh appearance with materials.
I made single example with this problem. I'll attach this bellow with 2_
There are two ways. All mesh have material as child or all mesh do not have material.
And if all meshes are having material, then we need to synchronize with property linking.
