Brightness control arrow is tricky to use when rotation gizmo is activated

      Steps to test:

      1. Create a project
      2. Import Quick3D
      3. Drag and drop directional light to the 3D Editor
      4. Choose the light by clicking it, make sure move tool is activated
      5. Diminish the brightness to 60 using the control arrow
      6. Activate rotate tool
      7. Try to increase the brightness by dragging the control arrow
      8. -> Arrow cannot be activated, light is rotated on all axis instead
