Animating the rotation of a layered Item is shaking the form-view.

To reproduce:
    - Create a Rectangle Item
    - Set a keyframe for 0 degree rotation
    - Set a keyframe for 90 degree rotation
    - Insert the following line into the qml code for the rectangle item:
        layer.enabled: true
    - When scrubbing the playhead, you will see the form editor shaking - occasionally.
