Guidance after creating a project

When new project is created, it is not clear what to do next. There is no guidance, lots of code related files listed in Projects and only Hello text on Rectangle or item.

In addition of the missing guidance, for the first time user it is not clear what file was created. When opening project later, user need to know what to look for from Project tree because selected Project from Welcome view doesn't open to editor.
