Improve findability of common layouting functions

    Description

      Anchoring, alignment etc are difficult to notice.

      Some default anchors may cause situation when user thinks the software is buggy, because it is impossible to change sizes if there are anchors by default. User needs to go to Layout tab and remove anchors. Not very intuitive and the functionality is hidden.
