Quick designer properties panel (undocked) does not show all data

      Playing with the quick designer

      1. undoc'd the properties panel
      2. adjusted panel size to less than full screen.
      3. Tried to scroll down to the bottom,
      but the lower part of the panel is
      not fully displayed, even when scroll base
      is at the bottom.
